They should pick a side street and do what they want there Side street nothing. The Christians of Denver should gather on Main Street and march through town at the front of the parade singing "Oh, Come All Ye Faithful."
Let the cops arrest them.

I have a list of all the phone numbers for all the elected officials in Denver Colorado. What I suggest we all do is call the numbers next to everyones names and hold the telephone up to the speakers of the cdplayer and play christmas carols into the phone.Mannhiem steamroller would be a great choice becasue im sure all these people know that they are rush limbaughs favorite christmas band :-) This plan would be great for after hours also when you knowthe voicemail will pick up so they will haveto wade throug dozens of christmas carols to get to thier real voiceemails :-D Elected Officials

In the last 20 years, our friends have explained that there is an exodus from CA to CO. Maybe this explains this behavior in CO. Nope, got Christmas in California. The Athiest's have not inforced the State Religion there yet.

I was talking to a girl from Turkey yesterday about nonsense like this, and she agreed that it is retarded.
What is wrong with the libs these days? O_o

If somebody could talk John Elway into saying this is dumb, it'd go away in the blink of an eye. :D

Ray Bradbury predicted this all in Fahrenheit 451..It should be required reading in all schools. In Ray's future world political correctness rules . All books are banned because they wish not to offend anyone..VERY important writing from 1952 and SOOO on the mark it's scary..Uncle Ray knew

Mayor Hickenlooper have politcal aspirations for a future run to be Governor of Colorado and/or a US Senator from our state as well. This ends those chances completely unless he reverses course immediately along with a sincere apology.

Groups in the International Procession include Belly Dance Concepts, Colorado Mestizo Dancers, Denver Taiko Drummers, Mudra Dance Studio, Shaolin Hung Mei Kung Fu, T.E.V. Edelweiss SchuhplattlersHuh? Belly dancers? Now that's a parade I would take my kids to. They just need to add about a hundreds gay activists wearing thongs and leather and smooching in the streets and then we "got us" real parade! No thanks.

PC officials who're afraid of offending anyoneThis is actually very important, this "fear of offending".
Key point: No one is offended. It's a lie, told to intimidate a kindly and tolerant nation.
Think about it: If you go to Turkey, are you "offended" when the muezzin calls the people to prayer from a minaret, because you are not a Moslem? When in Israel, are you offended when you see people observing the sabbath? In Tibet, does the existence of prayer wheels in public offend you? In India, when stores are closed for the festival of Ganesh. do you lose self-esteem?
The whole idea that non-Christians are (or, if they are, they are right to be) offended by public celebrations of Christmas is an absurdity.

""We try to be sensitive to the fact that we are a very diverse community and a very diverse world," said Rogers."
This is blatant discrimination against Christians.
It's time to stop shopping and let the powers that be know Christ is Christmas and we can play hardball to get that message across.
I will not shop this season and I hope others join me.

The mayor also HATES the police, whom he has surrounded with the most bizarre PC restrictions imaginable. At the same time, he makes them flood the downtown bar area with cops at closing time, because that's where his businesses are.

Maybe the time has come for Christians to stop showing up.
Heck, why don't we sponsor our own parades.
