You're exposing your true feelings. You're supposed to say you only oppose ILLEGAL Mexicans, not all Americans of Hispanic ancestry.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I really don't care what La Raza says or thinks. He'll make a good Attoney General because of his intellect. Period.

Ha! This is great. These guys are now pro-Bush. The libs cannot attack Gonzalez's nomination without pushing their very own 'splinter group' away. hahahah.

It's OK with me as long as the Attorney Generalship isn't a step toward putting Gonzalez on the Supreme Court. That would be totally unacceptable. Four years as Attorney General would be fine. But we don't need more pro-aborts on the court.

La Raza....'The Race'....
For Those of 'THE RACE'...EVERYTHING....For Those NOT of 'THE RACE' ........NOTHING......
What does he stand for?...what does he believe?....what has he done in the past?
What will he do in the present and future?... and how will he do it?...
Does he believe that the first and second amendments are collective rights or individual ones?
It does not matter that La Raza approves of him....the question should be...does he approve of La Raza?
imo

Who cares whether "La Raza" endorses Gonzales.
What does that have to do with anything?

It would be good to hear the AG tell the people how he really feels about the hate group La Raza....

Alberto Gonzales served with distinction on the board of directors of one of NCLRs oldest and most respected affiliates, the Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans (AAMA) in Houston, Texas. No more illegal alien apologist from Texas. We have one too many!
The country can not endure this endless flood.

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S., today welcomed President Bushs nomination of White House Counsel Alberto GonzalesIn about 12 years, it would be no surprise at all to see Bush's nephew running for President with Gonzalez running on the VP ticket.
By 2014, there will be about 55 million illegal aliens in our country. By then our borders will have been all but undermined, and our sovereignty with be a thing of the past. America will be no more.

I have seen no proof that this nominee is or was a member of La Raza, nor have I seen anything that indicates he support the reconquest agenda of La Raza. If you have any evidence to the contrary please post and ping me. thanks.

Well isn't this just dandy! They try mightily to make it all about the fact that he is a Hispanic not that he is the best man for the job. Then they close with a lukewarm endorsement of the man. Get lost you racist bunch!! Phooey!

Sick.
Thanks for posting again even if it supposedly has already been posted.
Now I know how to vote on that FR poll...

So what? The KKK endorsed Reagan in 1984. Doesn't mean Reagan shared their beliefs.

I wonder how many hispanics (origin) are part of FR? and, I wonder how many of them are anti-illegal alien?
