God rest Officer Vance's soul and comfort his family.
Hearing the doorbell ring at 2 a.m., peeking out the drapes and seeing a patrol car - open the door and be told, "You better sit down," makes one expect the worst.
Thankfully, the news isn't always the worst, but all too often lately it is.
Prayers for the consolation of the family and friends of this fallen officer, and the repose of his soul.

lakey, you are so right.......it is more common now than ever before. I think total disregard for the law in today's society has alot to do with it. Look to the courts and lawyers as a first step in the breakdown. Liberal activist judges, smooth-talking lawyers and as much as I hate to say it......bimbo juries. The inmates running the asylum so to speak.
Very sad. Prayers for this officer and his family.
