Hehehe.... but I don't think Massachusetts will elect a conservative Republican to the U.S Senate.
Maybe not, but he could sure bloody up Kerry big time:)
The sense I have about him is that he's a Liberman type candidate who could probably snatch the Senatorial seat from kerry with ease. And considering his efforts in saving the Country from Kerry, that would be the best way to say 'thank you!'
You are probably right. We did come close to electing Bill Weld, but he wasn't exactly a conservative. :) Although George W did get 37 1/2% of the popular vote here in MA! Didn't Bill Clinton win a presidential election with only 43%? So all things are possible! There is a deep unrest among at least 37 1/2% of the citizens here. That's a start.
What I'd really enjoy seeing is keeping a continued pressure on Kerry to release all those documents. The MSM gave him a total pass on those unreleased doc's. His signature on Standard Form 180 would clear up all this mess about his "honorable" military service, his discharge, his medals and his "wounds," and of course, his post war activities.
Since he made that Vietnam boasting opening statement; "Reporting for Duty" he has done nothing but obfuscate the release of ANY documents that'd help us evaluate his legitimacy for that kind of "Duty".
So by all means: "Bring it on! Jerry Corsi!"
Isn't he a FReeper, and didn't he say extreme stuff here what was already all over the media?
That's all the campaign would ever be, and the only thing the media would ever know he said -- that, and his necessarily defensive-looking attempts to backpedal.

Romney got 41% against Teddy Kennedy in 1994 and was elected Governor by a majority in 1992. Maybe 2006 will be a turning point.
Who ever said Jerry Corsi was a conservative Republican? If he has any sense at all, he will adopt the cover of being an only slight left-of-center Democrat, and run on that basis. After all, we have the example of Jon Corzine of New Jersey, and Herbert Kohl of Wisconsin, who both declared against their background as millionaires to find a place in the Democrat hierarchy.
"Defamation" requires the telling of a lie, if I'm not mistaken.
I guess the "bull" skerry is blustering.
