Oh dear.....do their parents not know what UP and out of sight means?
Most do but some where around 20 months they resemble monkeys more than they do children.
They can scale any piece of furniture and the child resistant caps only slow them down a few seconds.
2nd kids tend to be worst offenders because they are trying to keep up with the sibling .
