BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) -- Montana State point guard Frank Brown was arrested Tuesday morning on rape charges and was jailed on $20,000 bail. Brown, 20, of Las Vegas, is charged with three counts of rape for having sex with a 15-year-old girl three times within the past week. The age of legal consent in Montana is 16.

The charges say the girl could not consent because of both her age and level of intoxication. In at least one instance, authorities say the girl was passed out drunk.
