Regardless of what the victims may or may not have said to him, I am inclined to not believe that he was shot at first or even at all. All these people with scoped deer rifles confronted a guy with an SKS that starts to shoot at them and nobody was able to put him down or even wound him? That dog don't hunt.

I have read all this thread and I am still confused about one point. Did the perp shoot at medical personnel arriving or was he already out of ammo?
