It's nice to know that there are apparently not quite as many deluded Jackson fans as what appeared....this reminds me of the Dems busing in scruffy professional protesters and voters....indicators of a guilty and dying start and a guilty and dying party.

He doesn't even look human, let alone like a Black man. Or White man, or any man...

He'd be perfect for Phantom of the Opera. He is one scary looking human being.

Well, duh!
Do you know anybody (in the US) who would cross the street to see Michael Jackson?

I don't want to turn this into a Harry Potter thread, but there is an HP character who spends twelve years hiding in the form of a pet rat. One of the fan sites said he was pulling a Michael Jackson, since he was sleeping with young boys.

Is anyone else here annoyed by the way TV reporters (even at Fox) still call him the "Prince of Pop"?

Innocent men do not have to buy off those that would testify against them -- as Whacko-Jacko did the first time. Now he cannot buy anyone off --- this, combined with the professional opinions of the multiple shrinks that know pedofiles very well, said he was a text-book example...especially with his Neverland (or whatever his little kiddie trap is called) draw of the disadvantaged youngsters which were his targets, as is very typically with pedofiles. This guy is in a bunch of trouble -- if he were smart, he would plead some form of mental derangement but he won't -- fine, let him hang as he should. A jury will decide.

No. To me, the title became comically sarcastic sometime around 1998.

Is anyone else here annoyed by the way TV reporters (even at Fox) still call him the "Prince of Pop"? It is one reason that music sucks so much on the radio today. The complete acceptance by the mainstream media to push utter crap that the parent corporations promote without question (especially in light of better or even more popular acts). The MSM so much believes their own hype that they are astonished when a big movie tanks, a small movie is a hit, and President Bush clobbers Kerry at the polls.
How many bands are there that regularly tour the civic arenas for $40-125 a ticket (and even sell out the show) yet can't get any radio airplay or tv coverage?

Yeah, you got a point there (but I think maybe a few years before that, even...say, 1994?)
Does anyone on this thread have that jpeg of MJ as he would look today if he hadn't had all those surgeries?
