Register at the Post? No thanks.

Let me guess, they surveyed people in Fallujah.

I guess little girls should be ashamed of themselves for wanting to attend school.

From following the link to the woefully uninformatively excerpted article, the main cause is sanitation problems and scarcity of medical care caused by the "insurgency." The malnutrition is mainly caused by water-borne disease that leads to anemia.

The UN, CARE and Doctors Without Borders are all mentioned as having bailed out of Iraq because of terror fears. Doctors in Iraq live in fear of kidnapping or attacks and are getting expediting weapons permits from the Iraqi government.

But, basically, it's all our fault and no mention is made of the purported 500,000 Iraqi children who were killed each year by the sanctions imposed on Saddam's regime.

What is worse...children not getting enough food from Muslims....or children being executed in their classroom by Muslims?

I don't remember who said it but a very wise person once said, "There are lies, damn lies and then there are statistics."

Show me the math UN, aid agencies and Iraqi's interim goverment used to come to these conclusions.

The math is easy..

1st, don't count females..
2nd, don't count any children that have died..
3rd, bribe the UN, French, Russian, etc..
Lastly, blame America..

After the fall of Saddam's empire,....
Count all children, male and female..
Count all children that have died..
Blackmail the UN, French, Russia, etc..
Lastly, blame America..

We're not allowed to excerpt very much from Post articles.

Good point about 500,000 kids who died due to sanctions.
