Hooray for Peru!

Peru is on our side in the Global War Against Terrorism. The Peruvians apparently understand President Bush's admonition: You are either with us or you are with the terrorists. Berenson is a terrorist. They know that. So refusing to release her proves they are with us!

Too bad they did not execute Lori Berenson. She really has a warped mind.

She needs to stay there. For her own good.

a New York woman imprisoned for collaborating with Marxist guerrillas

Don't worry, the UN is set to give this woman the Rachel Corrie Memorial Idiot Collaborator award.

Next she will be up for a Nobel Peace prize.

Then, after 27 years, they will make her queen of Peru.

Sure. That makes sense. Right?

Peru will not abide by an international human rights court ruling supporting the release of Lori Berenson, a New York woman imprisoned for collaborating with Marxist guerrillas, the country's foreign minister said, according to news reports Saturday.

Leave to the "international human rights court" to always rule in favor of Marxists and terrorists.

Let this be a lesson to the American Leftists: your Leftist pansy lawyers have no power beyond the U.S. borders. And it won't be long before they don't have any power here, either.

Good for Peru!

As far as I'm concerned, they could have put her before a firing squad.

Her case is a touchy issue for President Alejandro Toledo, who has vowed that "no accused or convicted terrorist" will be released on his watch.

C'mon Alex, in the spirit of Bill Clinton, pardon the terrorist. After all, as Clinton is quick to point out, the world loves him.

...international human rights court ruling supporting the release of Lori Berenson...

Ah, yes. Another great ruling by yet another kangaroo "international" institution.

It's probably beyond the mental capacity to consider that helping people prancing around
your home, brandishing automatic weapons, and making fake ids might, just might, be justification
locking the bimbo up for life.

Unless, of course disbarred Bill Clinton is on the court.

Wow...just the other day I was thinking it was about time for the world's marxists to make yet another plea for Comrade Berenson's release. Good on Peru for not budging. Here's to hoping Lori lives a long and unproductive life in that miserable prison high on the cold, barren plain in the Andes.

Collaberating with Marxist "rebels"? Tough sh*t for her, I guess. That's what you get for sleeping with pigs.

Viva Peru! The country that produced the two best girls I ever dated (one of whom I should've married) has been an underrated allie of the US. Its a shame that the Clinton administration screwed Fujimori over a few years back.

Let's point out that Lori was accused and found guilty of helping a guerilla group carry out a bombing campaign against non-military targets. What we would call "terrorists." And we have no sympathy for terrorists, especially American terrorists.

When she serves her 25 years in Peru, she should face criminal charges here in the US for treason.
Trying to over-through an government that has active treaties with the US against the law.
