That tells me the one thing I need to know: Bush won.

Between Ohio and Osama, John Kerry couldn't buy a break. It had nothing to do with John Kerry, his ideals, a Communist agenda for America, surrender or Americans themselves. Self-delusion is a dangerous thing. Is Ta-RAY-za in the Betty Ford Clinic yet?

I treat lawyers with the same civility and respect that I do telemarketers, with one exception: I inform lawyers that they're within arm's reach.

They can sue all they want. They lost and all their law suits will not change that fact. I think it just makes them look like sore losers to the rest of the country. Remember the Wellstone memorial? These actions have consequences.

Are they going to bring all the provisional ballots that were screwed up to the voters' homes to "fix" them as they did in Washington state? Voting laws mean absolutely nothing if that stands. What a SORRY bunch of cheaters the Dems are!
To: ambrose
what is the certification date for the slate of electors from Ohio that goes to DC?

More than 200 people in Columbus voiced their complaints Nov. 13 about voting problems on Election Day, some accusing the state of voter suppression. Many were Kerry supporters.
AP saying "many were Kerry supporters" means they know that 90%+ were dems in a pre-planned, coordinated effort to help push a close election to Kerry.

The Columbus hearing was organized by Robert Fitrakis, a lawyer and political science professor at Columbus State Community College, who is also involved in filing the challenge. This clown's name rings a bell, possibly from '00.

No, just a court order re-opening polls in Democrat counties so all those "disenfranchised" voters can vote again.

Once the results are certified does this make it official that the slate of Bush electors have been elected? If so, show's over I think. :)

Wonder if they're tied to the guy in Columbus who was paid with 'dope' to register voters and who filled in assumed names such as Mary Poppins?....How DUMB was HE?

Wonder what page this came from in their 66-page handbook "How To Steal An Election". Something about "even if there isn't evidence of fraud/disenfranchisement - just go ahead and make it up"? They are such losers!

Puff Daddy (or P. Diddy or Pisspot or whatever name he's using this week):I wuz disenfranchised in 2000.
O'Reilly: Were you stopped from voting?
Puffy: Well,no...

Fitrakis is a beyond liberal. He just likes to stir the pot.
Cliff Arnebeck, who was mentioned in the article, was a Democrat opponent of Rep. Deborah Pryce a few years back.
