Locker Room 'Cheerleader' Ordered To Trial
POSTED: 1:31 pm EST November 18, 2004 UPDATED: 5:42 pm EST November 18, 2004
GREENSBURG, Pa. -- A Westmoreland County man who police say led a double life was ordered to stand trial Thursday.
Robert Domasky was found in a girls' locker room at Greensburg Salem High School in September, dressed as a cheerleader, according to Greensburg police.
Robin Mutnansky, a Greensburg Salem custodian, testified that she is the one who discovered Domasky in the locker room.
"When she turned around, I said to myself, 'Oh my god, it's a man,'" Mutnansky said at a preliminary hearing Thursday. "He took off and I chased after him."
Police found Domasky and searched his apartment, where they say officers discovered evidence that he stole the identities of Kelly Hullenbaugh and two other women and forged his identity on checkbooks, bills and driver's licenses.
Authorities say they also found pictures of Domasky in cheerleading uniforms, as well as actual uniforms resembling those worn at Hempfield High School and the University of Pittsburgh.
"One of the sacred things about living in America is that you have a right to privacy in your home," defense attorney John Sweeney said. "Our position is that the entry into the defendant's residence was totally illegal and improper."
Domasky, who goes by the Hullenbaugh name, is charged with stalking and forgery. Trial will take place sometime next year.

So the defense attorney has all but admitted that his client is guilty as charged. I sure hope this guy isn't paying to much for that attorney. If they can show misbehavior by the police, they might be able to cut a better deal... maybe that's what they're trying for.
