first choice: Zell, because I'm a Southerner, too, and I like his style. second Choice: Condi because she's extremely intelligent and could whup Hillary with extreme ease.

Is this a trick question? Arlene??? Give us a break for a while. We're still opening our cans of Whop A** from the past election. Who knows - maybe Jeb will run???

Out of those choices, DeLay because he's the most conservative. Second might be Rice, then Miller, then Rudy and (only if he was running against Hitlery) Specter.

Zell Miller, because he's a living Confederate General who knows how to command, with Condoleeza Rice as his VP, because she needs the political experience before her own run for the White House.

Since Zell will be a bit long in the tooth in 2008, I'm hoping that Dick Cheney bows out after a couple of years, Dr. Rice is elevated to the Vice Presidency, and then she runs as the GOP front runner in 2008.

No RINOs allowed. Rudy should run as a moderate Democrat.

I would go for Rudy. He'd beat hillary and may get New York. He may not be the best conservative choice but he'd be better than a dem. Let him run and start grooming a Republican governor.

So, nothing but RINO's for you, then?

"Good"? What kind of design criteria is that?

Steve Jobs would make an efficient, secure president; Bill Gates would make a showy clumsy president; Dr. Frankenstein would make a scary president that is alive; Pillsbury would make a president that was 'poppin fresh' and would say 'lovin'; Burger King would make a president my way.

I guess I'd go with Burger king.

Rudy Giuliani - Only qualified one in the bunch. Pro abortion, pro homo, lots of dirty laundry, but did clean up N.Y.
Condi Rice - Not qualified to be President, V.P. definitely.
Tom DeLay - Lightning in a bottle. He's tough as nails, but can he be Presidents of all Americans. ???
Zell Miller - Too old and why would he?
Arlene Spector - Put down that bong.

As for you that would flame me for the Rice comment: I think Condi Rice is teriffic. She is qualified to be leader of the free world and all that means ? I would much rather see what she does as V.P. first.

Condi has not held any elected office or has she governed in any capacity at all.

I think that makes her unqualified at the moment

I don't care if you agree with me or not; it would be more helpful if ANY of your gloom and doom predictions came to fruition.

But they don't.

Of that list probably Condi (I do like your use of the name "Arlene" for Specter, even if it was a slip). However, and again limited to just this list and today's moment in time, the candidate most likely to win in the general election would be Rudy.

But a lot of things can and no doubt will change over the next three years. Rep. Chris Cox of California, Gov. Allen of Virginia, and Sen. Coleman of Minnesota, and a few others might come out of nowhere. All of those three have better conservative credentials than anyone on your list but Tom Delay and would stand better chances in the primaries.

As someone living in Nebraska and who is suppose to be represented by Sen. Hagel in Washington, I'm telling all to not vote for this man. He is an opportunist and should not be trusted.
