For all the complaints of the left about the "stupidity" of George W. Bush and the Red State voters, there's a very disturbing trend going on behind the scenes here. For three consecutive presidential election cycles (four, if you count Clinton twice), the Democrats have nominated candidates who may very well be certifiable loony-tunes.
You are so right. It is really getting scary because sooner or later one of these nut cases will get elected again, and we can't afford that now.
