They could have a loser's reunion tour in 2008. Kerry / Gore or Gore / Kerry if you prefer. Double your pleasure, or pain, depending... . That one'd probably burn a half billion bucks, with 50 million left over for a really big beer bash.

I have some advice for those Dems that are giving us so much advice: please go forward with this law suit; please have Dean be head of the DNC and please have Hillary, Kerry, and Edwards all in your primaries. Certainly these actions will provide you the keys to the Casa Blanco

After sKerry's speech in the Senate yesterday, I think we should file a suit against him for not having the sense god gave an ant to keep his eff'n mouth shut

If you do not think a legal proceeding like this has the power to change the country, it's political and social course, it's image worldwide...just remember the Dreyfus case. Nuf said. I hope that Kerry decides to challenge these guys again. I hope that he does it in time to disgrace himself and his party yet again and cost them another national election. The world class selfishness of Bill Clinton was not something I thought to see surpassed in my lifetime. Here is Kerry out doing the most venal and self serving politician in my personal recollection.

I knew that Kerry wasn't very wise. But I flat out don't believe that he'd be this stupid.

Please, Mr. O'Neill, if you are reading this, allow me to assist in your defense
gratis if he files a lawsuit. I am an attorney with almost 20 years experience, ten of them as an Air Force judge advocate. I have extensive trial experience (I was one of the Air Force's chief prosecuting attorneys) and I know the military regulatory game inside and out. You know, I'll sign on just to do paralegal work if that's what you need.
I cannot think of a case that would be more delightful to defend. Let me prep that part of the case about magic boonie hats and secret Christmas trips into Cambodia. I'm not greedy. Just give me that small part.
Sigh. Unfortunately, a lawsuit will never be filed. Kerry may be tall-tale teller on the order of Baron von Munchausen, but he isn't stupid. He's not about to put his military career under the scrutiny of a formal court proceeding.

He can't do it. His fully signed Form 180 would be subpoenaed, along with a full, adversarial investigation into the mysterious circumstances of his other than honorable discharge. And the Swiftees were proven right every time a document came out. This is publicity and nothing else.
To: traderrob6
His campaign staff knows NOTHING! This has to be a last-ditch to save his credibility with HIS OWN staff! Edwards didn't even know about Paris 'til Brinkley told him (according to Newsweek), and Brinkley didn't even record the Paris meeting in his hagiography. Bluff. But wouldn't it be BEAUTIFUL if Kerry really had convinced himself he was slandered and was going to fight? Daydreams, daydreams.

Great way to get Kerry to testify under oath.
Strategy worked well for Alger Hiss.
So what's Kerry got to lose?

All right! Full disclosure, release of records, depositions out the wazoo. Go ahead, Kerry. Make my day.

I agree it would be nice. But, Kerry will never file because he does not want to be put under oath for his deposition, and all of his records will be made available during discovery. Although, the records could be ordered "Confidential - For Attorney's Eyes Only" which would prevent the records from being seen by anyone other than the attorneys. They would not be able to distribute them, and the file would still be sealed to the public. The only way we will see his real discharge, is if the Judge allows it. And, with some of the liberal whack-jobs on the bench in some courts, that is possible.

Kerry the big time lawyer shows up for court, ready for the discovery process....
To: KMC1
I surely hope, fervently hope, hope with all my being, that this fradulent bastard brings suit. Then everything will be opened up, the Form 180 included, which will reveal the truth to America, not only about kerry but about the whores at the NYT, CBS, NBC, CNN, ABC, and so forth who put the interests of the democrat party ahead of those of our country. Bring it on, Johnny!!!! We can't wait.

I hope Kerry does sue. In the discovery process sKerry will have to open his records, and then evryone will see his dishonorable discharge.

I actually believe that he believes his version of what happened is in fact the truth. I hope he is sick enough and has a kool aid drinking, kook, liberal lawyer fanning the flames. I would even give up smoking to send the money I would save to John O' Neil's defense fund, and that is saying something. I would love to see him, the Democrat party and MSM by extension beaten to a bloody pulp. Unable to ever again raise its traitorous head again.
