If Kerry wants to sue, let him go ahead. Of course then he'd have to reveal what's in those records he refused to disclose up until the end of the campaign. BRING IT ON!!!

Yeah, no kidding!

NO WAY THIS GOES TO COURT!!!

No offense Mr. O'Neill, but I hope the suit does go ahead. But I treat this as pure smoke. Kerry knows he cannot be put under oath on this issue. And Democrats have learned the perils of going under oath to discuss uncomfortable issues in recent years. I seem to remember one who . . .

If Kerry does sue, this will end up being alot of fun. Of course, the main witnesses Kerry will have to rely on his suit will be his comrades in North Vietnam.

Kerry's threat to sue is hollow.

Kerry cannot sue for libel without opening his military records. That is something he won't do.

Kerry's purpose in being a presidential candidate was to collect a wad of contributions, not actually to win. That is why he cancelled advertising near the end, and still holds $15M of donations in cash.

Kerry's motto, effectively, is: "It's all about me."

I truly contend that Kerry believes he is a war hero. He has played the part for so long I think he's blurred the line of reality.

The discovery phase of that trial would be very interesting indeed.

If he's so proud at what he did, then sign the SF 180!

This would be wonderful. The backlash would pretty much end his career and hurt the DNC.

This wont happen....O'Neil would like nothing more in the world than to get JFnK on the witness stand.

And, IIRC, Mr. O'Neill has actually invited him to sue. Somehow, though, I think this is just bellicosity on the part of Kerry, as diclosure could prove to be yet another one of his many humiliations.

Kerry's loss can be traced directly to the Swiftboat Vet: they gutted him clean, and they gutted him early. Had he been a man of honor, he'd be in the White House right now, because more than a few of those Vets are probably dems, and chomping at the bit for a 'real combat' one of their own to man the helm.

You are correct! Any lawsuit will make his military record
become what lawyers refer to as, "discoverable"! As such,

he would have to sign a Form 180 so that his military records could be researched for evidence that may either support or be detrimental to his case.

You state EXACLTY my sentiments about this.

BRING IT ON.

Sign FORM 180, sKerry!

No lawsuit will even go past first discovery until he signs that ... LOL ... Bring it on!

I KNOW that I will match my funds to the SwiftVets and O'Neill in particular for legal fees, and I KNOW that many of the rest of us will, too.

C'mon, JFnK... This is one suit I would LOVE to see !!!

SIGN STARNDARD FORM 180
