According to the York School District, Gomez dropped out of the ninth grade in 2003. A spokesperson said Gomez didn't attend much school. He's a 19 year old who dropped out of 9th grade last year. Most 9th graders are 15 to 16. We're obviously not dealing with a mental giant here. My guess is that the ACLU will be suing over any conviction and punishment this cretin receives because the jury didn't take his stupidity into consideration.

We can always hope that Gomez will meet somebody in prison who has the same impulse thereby saving the cost of a trial and/or housing the scum for years.
