The senate sure bows to "pressure" when it comes from the left, though don't they? God forbid the Senate EVER listen to those on the right.

Hopefully Dasshole paid the price for that. Retaliation is sweet, but is it the "right" thing to do?

Regarding Specter, my motivation isn't revenge. As mere mortals, we couldn't begin to avenge the damage and destruction he has caused. God will handle that. I don't want Specter preventing conservative justices from getting on the Supreme Court and ruining it for another 20, 30 or 40 years.

However, we do have to begin holding Republican politicians accountable for the decisions they make and voting them out of office if necessary.
