To: Cold Heat
Regarding Specter, my motivation isn't revenge. As mere mortals, we couldn't begin to avenge the damage and destruction he has caused. God will handle that. I don't want Specter preventing conservative justices from getting on the Supreme Court and ruining it for another 20, 30 or 40 years.

However, we do have to begin holding Republican politicians accountable for the decisions they make and voting them out of office if necessary.

Absolutely!

But I draw the line at causing a dem to replace them.

I have actually read comments that say a dem would teach them a lesson, yadda, yadda.

I prefer to be a bit more realistic. LOL!

As to the question if Specter would be better in or out, I really cannot say.

His historical voting patterns say............only maybe, or maybe not.

I think his Senate buddies will keep him in line,(I sincerely hope they do) as the voter's will not get another chance.

This is probably his last term, but he wants a decent legacy. Not a blemished career over one issue.
