I don't think I agree with you on one point. I think the jacka$$ Trudeau slap is at the President not at Dr. Rice. It's his snide stupid little way of hinting that Condi is W's Monica, a rumor that I had not heard until today.

I discern it as his attempt at two birds with one stone.

It is one of the oldest ploys in the book to hint that a strong, capable woman got there by sleeping her way up the ladder. Hmmmm, Gerry...I wonder how your wife Jane Pauley got that plum job at NBC so early in her career, then?

The guy is a snake, I seem to remember a strip of his from way back advocating rape, as long as the victim was conservative or republican. Anybody else remember this?
