Can the Pentagon charge Kevin Sites?

Was not the reporter under the duty to hand over this tape to military authorities,under the rules of imbeds? If that's the case then strong measures should be taken against Sites. Also has Sites been removed from that Marine unit,because at this point i"m sure his presence is a distraction to the Marines and therefore endangers their lives. Sites has to be removed from that unit at the very least.

I personally welcome those with opposing viewpoints, provided that they make reasoned arguments based on the facts. I disagree with some of what tsr_dog said, but his posts were well-written, as are yours.
Yes, there is certainly plenty of over-the-top rhetoric coming from some of the conservatives on this thread. But it helps to remember whose living room, so to speak, you are in. The owner of this site supports conservatism, and so it is unsurprising that heated conservative rhetoric would be more likely to get a pass than similarly heated liberal rhetoric. If I were to sign up on a liberal forum, I'd expect my posts to receive more scrutiny than the typical liberal posting on that forum. That's just reality. Likewise, any forum, regardless of political affiliation, is going to be peopled by both reasonable people and bombthrowers. There has been worse posted by liberals on DU than has appeared on this thread.
