IIRC, Brokaw delivered a graduation address at OU recently. His speech turned negative and anti-Bush to the extent that the GRADUATES booed him and the Dean had to step in and calm the crowd.

I remember Rush talking about this.
He didn't get boo's at graduation -- they were polite but David Boren was as stiff as a board after the first part of the speech that went okay and Brokaw left on a golf cart immeidately after his speech -- didn't stay for the reception.
We made up for it last night!
