Sharon will own Laci's house only after she pays off the first and second mortgage. She might eventually be the beneficiary of the insurance policy (?) but not until after the appeals which could take years. IMO.

Maybe it's just a coincidence and I haven't paid too much attention to Judge Napolitano's comments. But every time I have, he has made wrong predictions or interpretations -- not just in Scott's, but also in other situtations
I doubt that; and she will only owe the mortgages if they were on the house before Laci died.
Thank you, I thought I was all alone on this thread. I guess I must be a horrible person because I do believe a person is innocent til proven guilty. There's lots of people on this thread that were on the threads right after she went missing. And they already had him tried and found guilty. I give up. I just hope none of these people are on a jury if I ever have to go on trial for something. God forbid.
I wonder how much it cost to defend the case. Supposedly Scott did not have that amount of money.

I didn't pay all that much attention to this case;however,every time Judge Napolitano has been on with O'Reilly,or another FNC show,he's made the wrong prediction and doesn't appear to really know what really has been/is going on in the trial. IIRC,he was dead wrong about EVERYTHING concerning that case in Utah,where the little girl was abducted in the middle of the night.And that wasn't the only one! He said that that basketball guy was going to get convicted;that it was a slam dunk.
By the way. Are the VanDam's still married? Anyone know? Just curious.

You are not alone in believing the prosecution didn't prove guilt. The guilty verdict surprised me. But...it ain't over till it's over. People are even accusing Scott Peterson of other murders that happened in Calif! What a crock.
Oh, my, isn't that the Clinton doctor who did the fake autopsy on Vince Foster???? The guy is a quack. How did Brit sit still for this?
A person is guilty the moment the crime is committed.
Only in the eyes of the law are they innocent until proven guilty.
