How can the words "French" and "intelligence" be used in the same sentence? Is that not a contradiction in terms.
To: DBeers
spies captured in combat should be placed against the wall and SHOT!

I thought there was NO WAY, AT ALL, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER, AND THEY REALLY, REALLY MEAN IT, that the French would put their people in harm's way to help the U.S. in Iraq... Which begs the question... If French Intelligent Agents were in harm's way in Iraq, and they weren't helping us... who were they helping?
To: DBeers
Perhaps they're the ones who were filming, with amazing clarity and very close up, the terrorists installing roadside bombs, seen on Fox last night.

That does'nt surprise...French colons fought on the side of the VC against us in Vietnam
My platoon wacked one frog along with four of his VC comrades...and captured a couple of large chunks of opinum along with arms catalogs from France...
Looked like 'maybe' a drug for guns deal.....never found out for sure who or what he was as the intel boys took over and never got back to us on it...
The Vichy French are not our allies
imo

I don't know where the poster takes his information from. The truth is that the driver of the two French journalists (real ones) that were abducted two months ago in Iarq has been found in Fallujah...

No doubt there to train and direct the insurgents against our marines!

Most of them speak with Iraqi slang, because they were in Felloja in the 1980s, In support of the Mirage squadron in Habania. Poetic justice would be the liberated Iraqi Air Force getting a bombing run in on the French "fake journalists" using those same Mirage jets. One can dream.
