Palestinian sympathizer mouthpiece just declared on FNC that 'some have called Arafat a terrorist. Keep in mind that the British crown thought that Washington was a terrorist.'
ED Hill went nuts on him and rightly so. He retreated quickly and muttered something that Arafat = Washington in terms of significance to their people. Utter rubbish, of course.

Total chaos controlled by armed thugs. Automatic rifle fire heard every minute or so, strange obscurence (video editing via technology?) of sections of the crowd; why? "Whoever poisoned Arafat, we will drink his blood." on one sign. The people seem to be whipping themselves up into a righteous frenzy while their more civil neighbors, notng all the big media present, try to shush them into calm. The CNN mouthpice keeps trying to paint Arafat as some sort of fallen hero while her co-correspondents can't keep the disgust out of their voices while responding. CNN cut to a PLO shill who equated Arafat to George Washington, totally overlooking the fact that Washington kept his hand out of the public's pockets.
More gunfire into the air and appologetic statements. Totally revulsed, I'm outee.

When you think about it, this is a snapshot of a moment for the world's consumption. An Arab's level of enthusiasm is directly linked to the number of news or media cameras present.
Right now Arab leaders are sitting in their palaces, not in embarassment, but in awe of the animals they keep which perform on cue.
