CLEVELAND (AP) Lawyers with John Kerry's presidential campaign are in Ohio on what they describe as a "fact-finding mission" following the Democrat's election loss to President Bush last week.Dan Hoffheimer, the statewide counsel for the Kerry campaign, said they are not trying to challenge the election but are only carrying out Kerry's promise to make sure that all the votes in Ohio are counted.
"We're not expecting to change the outcome of the election," Hoffheimer said.
In unofficial returns, Bush outpolled Kerry by 136,000 votes in Ohio.
Hoffheimer said the goal is to identify any voting problems and quell doubts about the legitimacy of the Ohio election being raised on the Internet.

My, how magnanimous of them. I cannot wait for them to finish that task so they can fly out and make sure that all the votes in Utah are counted.
Let's hope the Bush lawyers are there too, to expose all the Dem fraud!
And while they're in the neighborhood, they can go to Pennsylvania to see whether the military votes were counted.
It's never fair unless they win.
Liberals lost, get over it.
"Bush increased his numbers vs 2000 in every state..." EXCEPT OHIO!!! HE DIDNT DO IT IN OHIO!! HE CHEATED THERE!!!!!
Look for them to sue before the end of this week. Guaranteed.
Being a native of Pennsylvania, I suggest President Bush send his team of lawyers here, we could probably take Pennsylvania with an investigation.
"We are not expecting to change the outcome of the election"
Translation - we don't think we'll win, but we are sure gonna try.
"only carrying out Kerry's promise to make sure that all the votes in Ohio are counted"
Translation - the only way to do this is to sue. In Ohio. Where we can take the election if we win. The other states? Screw em.
Get ready for the fireworks.
I got a water logged underground highway in Boston to sell you
That is what the lawyers should be working on the BIG DIG costs American taxpayers millions and its a joke a leaky fishtank ready to bust !
Gee, do you suppose they'll report any Dem vote fraud they find...?
But their intentions were good. That excuses all failure.
Unless your're Republican, because Republicans never have good intentions.
Gosh i love hate love hate love hate love hate politics dont you ?
Get ready for the "we won, but we can't prove it" John F. Kerry press release in a few days. The Donks need a grudge to nurse for the next four years. They are bereft of ideas. Hate is their only motivator.
I, for one, will be "snippy about it..."
Kerry already crawled back under his rock.. I say they leave him there...
Oh, yeah.
This place is as addicting as crack.
Pretty soon, their going to make JimRob put up a warning label
I'm tired of this Ohio nonsense. If the percentage of provisional ballots is equal to the percentage of the vote the President received in each county, he wins by 130,000 votes. Nothing changes. The only way Kerry has a chance is if there is total voter fraud. In a state run by republicans, that won't be allowed. Jim
