That picture also was on the cover of the Plain Dealer, the major paper in Cleveland.
Because today is the 229th Birthday of the Marine Corps, I had bought a birthday cake for the office decorated with the Marine Corps emplem. I cut that picture out, and posted it right on the wall above the cake along with the Commandant's Birthday Message.
Too bad Time wouldn't have the cojones to name our troops --of all services -- "Man of the Year". That picture would make a great cover photo.
