O.J. political diarist John Fund. Hmmm, maybe his career is on the rocks and he's trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

I suspect that you should do a little thinking and studying before you make such preposterous comments.

John Fund is a very well known conservative writer, author of "Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy". He writes the weekly "Political Diary" column for OpinionJournal.com (the Wall Street Journal's on-line service) and is a member of the editorial board of the WSJ.

From the KRQE web site this afternoon

:Source: AP

Clerks in some of the state's largest counties are whittling down the number of provisional ballots still outstanding from last week's general election.

The work week began today with roughly 16-thousand provisional ballots in need of review for eligibility in some counties.

Friday is the deadline for counties to canvass results to the secretary of state's office.

Bernalillo County had reviewed about 60 percent of its precincts' provisional ballots by this afternoon and had rejected about a quarter of them.

In Dona Ana County, election workers are still reviewing more than 27-hundred provisional ballots for eligibility. A count of eligible ballots is expected tomorrow.

In Santa Fe County, workers reviewed all one thousand-27 provisional ballots and had 677 eligible ballots.

Lots of possible Kerry votes in Santa Fe and Dona Ana to go with the Bernalillo Co. ones. I'm getting more nervous by the minute. Villanucci thinks more will be tossed for double voting.

Sounds, sadly, like business as usual for NM.

Based on New Mexico, 1 in a 100 may be fraudulant. Thank God we denied those votes.

You can't be serious. 53 people voted more than once. That's at least 103 votes. One person voted 3 times! That waters down the legal vote. Who do they think they are? Those are only the ones who got caught. In a close race it would have thrown it to someone who should have lost. One prosecution at a time is what should be done.

"WE did our duty in Dona Ana County. Rita Torres, the Dona Ana County clerk, really worked hard to keep us away."

Gee Whiz! Are these people elected or appointed? Sounds like you-all are having to swim upstream!!

Now you know why that slimball Eric Holder said on Fox before the election that "if ALL the ballots are counted in Ohio, John Kerry will win."

Oh for sure that is why. You can just bet those ballots in NM weren't for W either!

It was 8,588 on Friday. Still 8,282 now. W has lost 306 since then, with the provisional ballots still to be entered in.

Until somebody goes to jail - - real jail - - as the Democrats grow more and more desperate, vote fraud will grow more and more brazen. And why wouldn't Democrat vote fraud grow more brazen? Nobody goes to jail or suffers real consequences, after all....

The Republicans better get their heads out of their rear-ends and address this issue BIG TIME.
