Here is my complaint that I sent in via WABC web site:

Comments: I am a big fan of the show... and of WABC radio in general. I will NOT listen to this station at all if you do not fire Ron Kuby immediately for encouraging troops to go AWOL. I plan on calling my friends both on and off of the Internet who listen to this station to protest this as I will.

I edited the response email because it has a lot of header information and reordered the original comment and response so that it was more readable but the reply was the same.

Look I know Ron Kuby is going to make these remarks... they are expected... but should we accept this? It is one thing to disagree with the war but once it is in play I don't agree that comments should be made that could help the enemy. That is what he is trying to accomplish with these statements.

Curtis Sliwa is a formidable talent and a superb foil for Commie Kuby, despite Curtis's Canarsie homeboy shtick.

I saw Curtis in person at a support the troops rally last year. He's a great spontaneous speaker. And a strong voice that needs no microphone in front of a large crowd!

The only major issue where I've disagreed with Curtis was on abortion. He used to be 'pro-choice.' I believe he's seen the light since he recently became a father.

Some say its good to listen to media leftists know what the opposition is thinking, but I don't see the advantage in it. All those degenerates are interested in is outraging the hoi poloi anyway.

He is on the Curtis and Kuby show on WABC (which carries rush, hannity, Levin and Ingram). I listen occasionally and the show is pretty hard to listen to because Kuby is god awful.

However the other person on the show, Curtis Sliwa, is the founder of the "Guardian Angels". When I was a kid I really admired him for what he was doing and standing up against the NYPD who wanted to shut him down for political reasons. So that is why I listen.

Ron Kuby is a lawyer, an officer of the court. He has encouraged people to commit a federal crime.

Get a transcript of the show or a recording and forward it to both the FCC and the New York Bar, along with a formal complaint.

This comment can cause real problems for him.

I am with you all the way. I can't stand the show anymore.

For those that don't know Kuby he was Bill Kuntsler's protege, and he is a self admitted Commie. Although he is Jewish, he was kicked out of Israel (I think he sides with the Arabs, but they don't want him either). He also likes to fondly reminice his old druggy days.

Curtis is OK, but not smart enough to counter the spinning and twisting and outright lies of Kuby.

Two thumbs down, and a hold your nose to Kuby.

I would advise you not to torture yourself by listening to Kuby. I only listen when Mark Simon subs for him. I would like to see Mark on more than just Saturdays.
