There are tons of great Phantom images at google which are appropriate. Here's just one small-sized example.

"If anyone has info, addresses, etc. on how to contact or send gifts to soldiers, maybe this would be a good place to (re)post that info."

Most certainly, I would be honored to send gifts and/or money donations to our soldiers. If you have any information, please post it.

God Bless The Troops! I work by WTC and I am so glad that we have military fighting the terrorists abroad so that, hopefully, I never have to face 9/11 again and comfort colleagues that lost the loves ones. From the financial center of downtown New York, THANK YOU guys for putting your life in danger to protect our lives. We will never forget it!

Cluster bombs. Anti-personel. Nasty critters. very effective. I don't know if they still load some with fletches (little steel darts about one inch long) or not. that made them even more nasty.

Re. #52:

"Maybe it's just me, but I've noticed a real difference in the way the Iraqi soldiers carry themselves in the past six months."

Yup - same here.

Watching the footage from FOX of the Hospital operation, not only do they seem to have acquired a distinct "Military Bearing", but they indicate that they know their business pretty darn well, and conduct themselves most professionally.

Reports of desertion vary depending on the media - but hopefully their committment and dedication to the cause of Iraqi Freedom will only blossom once they get a taste of VICTORY over their former oppressors.

For a while there I was wondering if the freed Iraqis would ever rise to the occasion - on the basis of what we're seeing recently, there is certaily hope!

'Cause if they havn't figured it out by now, they are quickly learning; Freedom *isn't* "free".

For them... for us... for anybody.

George Patton Speech

I want you to remember that no bas*ard ever won the war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor, dumb bas*ard die for his country. Men, all this stuff you’ve heard about America not wanting to fight – wanting to stay out of the war - is a lot of horse dung! Americans traditionally love to fight! All REAL Americans love the sting of battle …..

And HERE is the full statement.

Anybody know why we are seeing so many our guys with AK's? Ammo shortage, easy to scavange?

The Iraqi National Guard - free liberated Iraq - uses AKs because they have so many left over from Saddam's era.
