It irks me to no end too. Also, I was watching an Astros game a while back, and as you may or may not know, 41 goes to a bunch. Anyway, he was being interviewed by some local hack reporter during the 7th Inning Stretch. And this guy, speaking directly to former President Bush, calls him "Mr. Bush." I was enraged. No respect whatsoever. 41 is far too classy to have said anything, but this reporter knows nothing of manners.

Mojo, it really is a cultural, lifestyle issue. I keep hearing the dem pundits asking, "what happened, why can't we win". Since time began, wherever people were crammed together they became the enemy of survival of cultural lifestyles in the rural areas. Those urban "masses" want to dictate they way we live, what we think, how we earn our living. Some things never change. They don't think like we do. After 9/ll the thought that New York voted overwhelmingly for Kerry proves that.
