According to the official election results posted on the Palm Beach County election website, 542,835 ballots were cast for a presidential candidate while only 454,427 voters turned out for the election (including absentee). This leaves a discrepancy of 88,408 votes cast for the presidential candidates.
Update: Palm Beach County has updated their numbers and added 91,802 absentee ballots and 1,041 provisional ballots. The vote totals for president increased by 1,543. Amazing. And Pat Buchanan wasn't even on the ballot.
All week, they've had the county commissioners on local cable access counting provisionial ballots.
3 out of 4 of them are rejected because the voter was already registered to vote (and most likely DID vote) in either Broward County or New York State.
Go figger.
No one is saying much about the military votes which will more than likely give Bush a bigger popular vote. Is the media being prejudicial on this point?
Not a whole lot being said about the counting process in Detroit either.
Has the election been certified yet? Gawd I hope they don't start talking about it still being in play.
Heard a guy on C-Span last night, Curtis Gans, who said that CA counted it's last vote on Dec 1st in 2000. It will be a few weeks before the last votes are tallied.
I am hoping that Bush can top 60 million with the military and other absentee ballots coming in to the 50 states.
on the DU, they write a huge article on palm beach county,as an example of republican's cheating ways. i guess they forgot they run palm beach county.
Good point.
I just posted an article from the LIBERAL St. Pete Times.
Not even this paper is questioning Bush's victory in Florida.

Remember what we learned from 2000, Gore only needed 1000 votes and when they'd recount counties, some would go Gore's way, and other's Bush's way in the variation of numbers.
And after all the chad gazing, and 6 weeks of recounts, Gore picked up about 500 votes.
If there was anything to the DUmmies conspiracy theories, the MSM and Kerry's 10,000 lawyers would be on it like ticks on a dog
According to the NRO story earlier this week the count was conducted amid planned chaos. They had 100 people counting and 5 people watching. The watchers said the counters "corrected" bad ballots, counted unsigned ballots, and threw away good ballots.
The watchers called more people to watch, the counters called lawyers (because there were white people in there), and somebody called police. All the while the fraudulent counting continued.
In the end Detroits population falls but the number of voters continues to rise.
Kerry got 60 percent of Palm Beach county. That actually sounds about right.
I was monitoring the Florida county results on election night. The big democrat counties were among the last to report. When first returns forom Palm Beach indicated Bush was getting 40 percent, I called the state. I was able to determine there weren't enough Kerry votes in south Florida to overcome Bush's lead.
It was very interesting to watch the votes come in in Florida and Ohio. Once we had partial returns for every major county, it was easy to project the final result. In every case the final result in a county matched the initial results from that county.
Dems. lose. Voters disenfraudulized.....
