Which Fox News anchors/reporters/pundits/hosts do you think are really, sincerely right-leaning? (VANITY)
We probably all prefer Fox News over CNN, CNBC, the network news shows, etc.
But I was wandering as I was watching the election night coverage and Brit Hume seemed so giddy with excitement when Bush started to pull away - what are the true political leanings of the Fox News staff?
My take:
Bill O'Reilly - Basically a slightly left-leaning Libertarian redeemed by a belief in a vigorous American foreign policy and a sneering content for the MSM
Brit Hume - love the guy....with us 100%, I believe...I LOVED the way he interacted in such an over-the-top way with Susan Estritch on election night basically wiping her face with Kerry's loss....
Fred Barnes - same as Brit, 'red' to the core....but fair and honest in his analysis..
Shep Smith - seems to also take glee in Democratic pain but not so sure....his very patriotic stances make me think he's one of us, though...
Sean Hannity - no issues with Sean....
Morton Kondracke - middle of the road leftie but fair....
Greta Van Susteren - big time left winger if I had to guess...
Juan Williams - leftie....no doubt about it....
What do you all think???
ED Hill is not right...far from it.
People point to her showing in Florida in 2000 regarding the court decision on Bush v. Gore, but really, that wasn't because she supported Gore, but because she has a tabloidish streak in her and likes to get excited about stuff.
Why is everyone forgetting Neil Cavuto?
Neil Cavuto was not forgotten -- YOU forgot he was in the 250 - 300 group of posts. LOL
Enjoyed spending part of my Sat with you all. Will check later to see if you're still here.
yes yes yes, or maybe little eddy munster,he started off good, now he is to far to the left, or maybe he says what I dont like hearing about the court system in this country.
I always enjoy watching the Mancow Muller segments on Fox and Friends.
To paraphrase Ralph Kramden, "absolutely, positively and certainly".
With Cavuto, Gibson and Brit's "Special Report" I'm satisfied ... the rest I can do without ...
Nope... E.D. is a Democrat. New her in Texas when it was Edie Tarbox
doh... that is knew! silly me!
ppppipng
You're not the only one who wants to slap Molly Hennenberg. As my mother puts it, "She would eat rice out of skerry's a$$ with a spoon!" No kidding, that's her favorite line about dim shills.....and that constant giggling has just about done me in. I didn't just mute the jerk from Mass everytime he spoke, I mute Miss Molly everytime she is on the air now.
Same here...I like Wendell. Sometimes I get the feeling he's a dim and then other's it seems he's not. Which is good since he's not in your face either way. I also like the other black reporter who's a minister. can't remember his name but always like his reports.
"I also like the other black reporter who's a minister. can't remember his name but always like his reports."
I believe you're referring to Kelly Wright (usually reports from DC)
Thanks....after I posted that, I saw his name pop up in another post and remembered that was his name. I like him.
Good liberal type reply, not a fact in your post.Where is the supporting information?
Furthermore, nothing you have said adddresses a leaning, conservative, liberal, middle of the road or just to dumb or lazy to have a position.
The Dallas Morning News TV guy praised Brit for his objectivity, too. It's funny, the liberals insist that FNC shills for the GOP, but they praise the news department. The people they are complaining about are the people who are *supposed* to have an opinion.
Of course, many of those who reflexively hate Fox News have never watched it.
Another big indirect Kerry contributor is noted tobacco lawsuit litigator John Coale. The Washington trial attorney has Clearwater roots where he and his wife - attorney turned Fox News commentator and Scientologist Greta Van Susteren - together once ran a small law firm. Earlier this year, Coale sold a residence in Clearwater for a cool $2.2-million. Coale is also close to lawyer Hugh Rodham, Sen. Hillary Clinton's brother.

Van Susteren lives in D.C. with her hubby, high-powered attorney John Coale. The couple are Scientologists who have enough beltway clout to have dined at the White House.

Want any more proof? Do your own research. Lazy Clymer.
I thought Greta was married to herself, much like Rita.
Whorealdo has so turned me off that I now watch other news channels as much as I watch FOX.
