Hands gripping one another's shoulders, a small group of illegal immigrants shackled at the ankles shuffled down a hallway at the Northampton County Courthouse on Wednesday. Moments after they were seated in a courtroom, deputy sheriffs herded more shackled men into the room. ''We ran out of shackles,'' Sheriff Jeffrey Hawbecker said as he watched a third group of men — these linked only by handcuffs — make its way down the hall. ''We'll order more handcuffs and shackles tomorrow, in case this happens again.'' The more than two dozen men had been held in the county prison in Easton since Oct. 25, when they were charged with identity theft or tampering with public records, or both. They had all worked at Rapp Bros. Pallet Services Inc. in Williams Township, and they all had Social Security numbers that belong to other people or were fake or invalid.

While it is nice to consider things beside the election, this reminds us that much of the fabric of life is "same sh*t, different day".
Here's hoping Bush will now get serious about our borders.

I called the New Jersey FBI Office, had a helpful conversation with an Agent. He gave me a armful of phone numbers and names. Doing as he suggested I called the office of Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli.

The lady I spoke with said Hon. John M. Morganelli wasn't available but that she would give him my name and number saying he was good about returning calls. She also said that CNN had been there doing a shot for the news. They have received many phone calls reagarding this incident.

If anyone cares enough to put some more heat in the fire, spend $2.00 and please call;

Hon. John M. Morganelli
Northampton County Office of the District Attorney
Northampton County Government Center
7th and Washington Streets
Easton PA 18042
(610) 559-3020

I feel we need to get this judge removed and in a jail cell because he broke a federal law by encouraging or inducing illegal aliens to reside in America. He did this knowingly or in reckless disregard of the fact that such residence is in violation of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii).

Public pressure is what will do the trick to bring judges back to obeying the laws we obey.

I think a citizen can file suit against the judge for each incident.

If I lived in Penn and was under this judge's jurisdiction, I'd sure file suit X27.

when they were charged with identity theft or tampering with public records, or both.

Felony document fraud --- something that Americans would be in big trouble for doing --- so no one should feel sorry that Mexicans have to suffer consequences for their actions either. If enough of these types are sent back home, maybe they'll start deciding to demand things be better there. Why don't they work on fixing up their beloved homeland rather than commit felony crimes in a country that isn't theirs?
