Good morning, Ron! Say, how about a big, hot, steaming cup of STFU? It's fresh!

typical lawyer scum! They do not create anything but hatred and pain - and in doing so, they destroy morality and common sense.

There must a law against that. If there is, it's time to start prosecuting these turncoats.

he is trying to encourage AMERICA's military to go AWOLand he will provide them with free services if they want to go that way

Sedition and treason in a time of war. Sooner or later we must come down hard on such people. The sooner the better.

I always thought it was a crime to induce a soldier to go AWOL. Sedition?

Any lawyers in the house?

Ron should be allowed to go his own way when his contract expires. Better yet, slot him at 3AM on the weekends, right after the other tinfoil hat Art Bell.

The Laughs keep coming.

if it was before the election and this guy said this I would be angry but since Bush won this brings a smile to my face because they are so pathetic. Maybe its just me but everytime I hear a Lib whine instead of annoying me it makes me happy now.

I have a slightly different tach ... maybe let him proceed a little, see what develops from the miniscule percent of servicemen and women who feel his way, then let the rest of their military members have a few choice words with those (whiners) in private ... (heeheehee)

That's why I listen to IMUS because I can't stand Ron (the Commie) Kuby. No wonder lawyers get a bad name with ones like him. And he's not a good talk show host either. WABC radio has so many talented hosts and they put this ahole on when I'm driving to work, I have trouble enough stomaching Imus lately.

If what you say is true, this jackass just committed a Federal Offense and could be in deep 'doo-doo'. Aiding and abetting, or 'encouraging' Desertion (AWOL) is a major no-no, especially in a time of war.

Can't cite it chapter and verse but it's in Title 18 of the US Code.

I just spoke with the FBI field office in New York. It is not a crime because he has only used "intent." If he sends flyers out to them encouraging them to go AWOL, I suspect that he might be in trouble. If he opens up a bank account for this purpose or a soldier acts on his offer, he may have trouble. Let's encourage him to send out flyers.

Members of the military:

Do what Ron says ONLY if HE volunteers to do YOUR time in Leavenworth FOR YOU!!!

Ron Kuby, what a low life.

Hey Ron! Why don't YOU go do something illegal and WE, the members of Free Republic, will offer to take up a collection for YOUR lawyer!
I've got one penny right here!

I used to live in New York and listened to Curtis and Kube in the mornings. I could never stand that guy! He has that typical liberal obnoxious, superior, condescending tone of voice as though he is always talking down to people, as though he is always attempting to explain simple concepts to someone who hasn't the intellect to grasp fundemental ideas.

Listen... call in and threaten not to listen WABC Radio. I just sent them an email and plan on calling them.

If we let the left get away with this AGAIN then Iraq will be another Vietnam... Let's stop this NOW!
