Named today as suspects in the election day tire slashing of GOP rented vans to help the elderly and disable get to the polls were the sons of two prominent MIlwaukee politicians. The son of former democratic mayor MARVIN PRATT, and the son of NEWLY ELECTED CONGRESSWOMAN GWEN MOORE have been identified as suspects in this incident. I will post most details as they become available.
GWEN MOORE was just elected tuesday to her first term as a UNITED STATES CONGRESSWOMAN, the first african american in WISCONSIN history to be elected to the US HOUSE. She is currently a member of the State Senate.
This incident is very troubling to me, as it re-inforces my opinion of the hypocratic nature of democrats, and especially some minority ones in Milwaukee. When the democratic mayor asked for over 900,000 ballots for the election (more than 65% were returned unused afterwards), the usual democrtic suspects whined like stuck pigs about the Republican County Exec trying to suppress the vote. The ones who tried to suppress the vote were actually the children (albeit adult) of two of THE MOST PROMINENT DEMOCRATIC POLITICIANS in Milwaukee. This scandal needs to be a focus of a federal grand jury into whether this was an orchestrated attempt by the democratic party to suppress the vote. Sorry for the anger here, but I am pissed.......
MY civil rights werer violated. Clearly, this was a national hate crime.

If that sort of thing happened in the Twin Cities, I'd be irritated as hell too.
But I think we know how the judicial system will handle this.
Some restitution and a good finger-waving by the judge at the two punks...and that'll be it.
The investigation has already led to the Tuesday arrest of Opel E. Simmons III, a veteran party activist from Virginia in town to work on John Kerry's presidential campaign. Simmons, 33, was released Thursday afternoon without being charged.
Sources told us that police, who are being assisted by the FBI, plan to speak to Michael Pratt, son of former Acting Mayor Marvin Pratt, and Supreme Solar Allah, the son of state Sen. Gwen Moore, who won a seat in the U.S. Congress on Tuesday. Allah's given name is Sowande Omokunde, and he lives in Moore's north side home, according to her campaign finance reports.
HA, that is sweet justice indeed.

Slashing tires of vans is one way to make sure that everyone gets to vote, I guess . . . </sarcasm>

They should be sentenced to changing tires at the local tire wholesaler. Changing tires outdoors - during the winter - with no gloves.
What about the excessive cost of those ballots? The taxpayers money needs to be spent more wisely. Charge the Mayor and make him pay it out of his OWN PERSONAL funds.
This is an outrage and an "up yours" to the taxpayers. This kind of crap has to stop.
What's the big deal? The MSM will simply spin it that her campaign was "A cut above the rest..."
You should be ticked! Make sure this doesn't get swept under the carpet. These thugs need to know that their actions have consequences!
