"59.1 Million people can't be wrong."
Good Bumper Sticker!
The lunatic RATs just insist on scraping up another large dose of whup-a** for themselves, don't they?!
The media sank to new lows election night, and since. They had no right to be the deciding factor of when Bush won a state anymore than they have the right to say he didn't have a mandate. He clearly has a mandate from the ONLY group that counts, The Voters.
Media Stars Refuse to Concede Election; Denigrate Evangelicals; Deny Bush a Mandate
Thank you very much for your input. We will give it all the serious consideration it merits and we'll be getting back to you in due course.
G Bush PRESIDENT United States of America
"it's a personal victory".
I believe there's a poll out there that says 7 out of 10 people who voted for George Bush like him(as a person), 4 out of 10 Kerry voters feel the same way.
Au contraire, I distinctly remember a middlebrow opinion-magazine article in which a Clintonista argued with a straight face that, not only had Clinton achieved a mere mandate, but the Left as a whole had won history after the Republican Thermidor, and that it was now time for the Clinton Administration to move confidently and finally to make certain kinds of highly objectionable and divisive Rightist discourse punishable by law, and drive it out of the public forum permanently.
Of course, the author had Rush in mind.
LOL!!
BTTT.
Thanks!

I fail to see the connection between the quoted passage and your statement. Go back and re-read the sentence you quoted.
I'm glad you are watching him! I like to keep informed.
I did watch a few times that week when he pulled that fraud on 'W'. Caught on at FR and powerline what was happening, right away.
The connection is that, far from calling on Clinton to move to the right, instead this particular magazine article called on Clinton to step on the right.
I was agreeing with the quoted statement, and providing an example of Left opinion expressing intolerance of views on the Right, and a desire to suppress them by repressive legislation.
