Mark Levin says the President should reach across the aisle and slap some of them. Maybe it will wake them up.

Give them their deportation papers, and march them into to the sea.

They need to reach out to us. As long as they keep saying we're just a bunch of dumb rubes, we'll keep winning elections. They need to re-examine their premises, from guns to abortion, and quit dismissing our position as one of ignorance.

If the Democrats would just 1)expand their civil-liberties positions to cover the Second Amendment, 2)accept reasonable limits on late-term abortion (i.e. only to prevent serious physical risk to the mother after the cerebral cortex is distinctly developed), and 3)let the states take over most social programs and decide how to run them, I'd seriously consider voting for them. I'm not holding my breath.

I'm personally quite tired of this democrat question:

How can the President "Reach out" to hate spouting, morally corrupt types that embrace the Michael Moores and Ben Afflecks of the world while rejecting the Condoleeza Rices and Mel Gibsons?

The fact is this:

48% is the MINORITY.

How do we conquer this "divide"? How bout the minority start walking towards US.

Rangers Lead the Way.

Why do people assume that the winnner should 'reach out' to the losers? Shouldn't we at least examine the possibility that the losers should 'reach out' to the winner? I mean, he IS the winner. I just think this idea of the winner 'reaching out' is bass ackwards. Let the losers go 'hat in hand'...why should the winnner act like he lost?

Eliminate the free goodies and tell them to take the jobs "that Americans won't do" or lay down in the street and die!

Last time when he was first elected, he was supposed to be a "Uniter, not a Divider". He reached out to the Enemy, and withdrew a bloody stump.

Screw Them.

He can reach out all he wants to but it is up to us to pray and convert them to conservatism.

A labotamoty.

Honestly, as a former Lib myself, it takes a bitch-slappin' of some sort. The election may be a wake-up call that they are NOT the majority, and that they are truly the bigots.

"I am thinking that as a bipartisan move, President Bush should appoint Sen. Kerry to be our next Ambassador to France."

While France may deserve that, we don't need to speek to anybody including France with Kerry's dupliciousness.

The only role that I can think that would be appropriate for Kerry would be to attend Arafat's funeral. Because only Arafat is more duplicious than Kerry. But then I don't think the US should send a representative at all to Arafat's funeral.

Either that or let Kerry run out in front of the troops in Iraq and be the body armor that he refused to vote for.

Cut the deficit and work towards a balanced budget.
Win the peace in Iraq.
Secure the borders.
Eliminate the IRS.
Nominate conservative judges.
A self-sufficiency energy policy that lessens our dependency on other countries' oil.
A FAIR trade policy.

not necessarily in that order

I prefer the Secretary of State we got now. This is one thing I like about Bush is he gives Powell the freedom to speak his mind without coming down on him. That's something the Dems need to learn.

The majority of those who voted for Kerry did so because Kerry is not Bush. Kinda hard for Bush to 'reach out' to those who rejected Bush for being Bush - he's still Bush.

Maybe the 48% need to reach out to the 52%.

This follows the same theme that all the news channels are touting for the last 24 hours that President Bush needs to 'move to the center', become more moderate, tolerant, and what did Spector say today, not appoint any pro-life judges to the Supreme Court.

This is where they don't understand the right. We have strong moral ideals and values that don't turn on and off to appease the left. We won't have our country taken over by special interest groups and international globalists. We are in the fight for our homeland and for our descendants to enjoy the same America we have.

President Bush will not waver. He needs to tell them in the words of his dad, "Not gonna do it... wouldn't be prudent."
