As an American, I would like to say that with George W. Bush winning, I respect the vote of the U.S. electorate. But let's see what was said by this election:
That the U.S. is the most evil hateful country in the world.
That it's right to tell and make up lies to invade a country.
That we can go to Iraq to free the people but it's OK to rape and kill the innocent people.
That as "one nation under God," the god is the god of hate that lets you kill and hate anything or anyone that is different from you.
That it's OK to have most of the world hate you, ''because we don't need any friends. (Remember that when the world gangs up on you.)
That it's right to hold people who might or might not be terrorist in a prison without due process.

Most of the liberals I know are basically conformists. They believe whatever the "in" authorities tell them. In most cases there's not much use arguing with it. They will change when the intellectual fashions change. Which probably means waiting for the next generation, or maybe the one after that, to take over our schools and other places of learning and change the culture once again.
Most of the people I know are liberals. Most of them are reasonably good people. They just can't seem to think for themselves.

It seems that there ius a big backlash by liberals against G@D for their defeat in this years election. Many letters to editors on the Detroit News are just plane hateful. I thought that liberals were supposed to be "tolerant"
I suppose we can start building that death star...:)
We took their last submarine out of commission and we'll do the same if they try that "navy thing" again. :)
