The counties are LIBERAL...color of the skin matters not to me. It is the grey matter between the ears that matters to me, and plenty of pale skinned folks with lots of money have that brain disorder.

For people who think all of NYS is liberal and democrat, you can see by the county map of NYS that most of the state went Republican...pretty much the same thing happened in 2000, when Hillary ran for the Senate...it was the downstate New York City area that elected her...I live in western NYS and wish that New York City would be it's own state!Anyway, HOORAY for the Bush victory!!

The problem with your argument is the facts back up the racial/ethnic identity I described.

Go to the Census . gov sites and verify my research if you wish.

Is it "racist" to point out that a very high percentage of Black votes went for Kerry? Is it "racist" to point out that Kerry asked those voters to vote for him because of what he would do for people of their race.

Is it racist to ask the same questions about Mr. Dash-hole in SD?

I am a Native American in California. My family is orignally from Oklahoma which is entirely red! Oklahoma has a huge Native American population.

The problem with these colors is, it only shows what the majority in a county was. It could have been a 51 to 49 race. I think a healing way for those who insist we are divided and how much they still hate us, is to say, if you put 50 million blue pixels next to fifty million red pixels on the computer, just as we have 50 million Democratic and 50 million Republican votes, you have not red, not blue, but PURPLE. One royal nation. That gets them past thinking of us VS them.
