Is there a link that I can go to? I would like to see what it looks like when all the results are in.
Don't know about further up north, but St. Louis, Memphis, and the Mississippi Delta have large black populations.
Unfortunately, the blacks still seem to vote for the Dems (except for the new conservative blacks, who are in the minority still).
Did Gloucester County go red? The map's so small, it's hard to tell
Ping for considering where to move.
OMFG, what ever gave the liberals ANY idea they had a shot?
Why... it's none other than Travis County, home of the Travis County Democrats, Van Os, Bill Burkett, Robin Rather... It was only fitting.
This image came from USA Today
Or where to move to, if you are a liberal? :')
What does this stand for?
Congrats to yas...My state, The People's Republic of Maryland, went red in 90% counties.
Unfortunately the 10% Blues pulled the whole state down :-(
You must be from either Salem or Cape May County.
Well I have no idea where you checked as those counties are always dims. I just looked at the Secretary of States website and grabbed the first 5 valley counties I could think of:
Zapata 57% Kerry
Starr 74% Kerry
Jim Hogg 65% Kerry
Hidalgo 55% Kerry
Willacy 61% Kerry
Look at the tip of the map again. Cameron County. I pulled the numbers from the state election results. I'll go back and copy.
CindyDawg, as in UGA dawg? After 4 years, this GA just can't get comfy with the people in NYC. The liberals here can be horridly angry people with little to no tolerance at all. Gotta get outta here at some point.
"What's with the geographic pattern of Democratic states that follow the Mississippi River down from Minnesota?"
Connection to water implies more exposure to other cultures and presumably more "openness' or liberalism in a more classic context.
Salem..

And the MSM et al are saying, even with the 3.5 Million vote margin of victory that GW does NOT have a mandate. Doesn't LOOK like a divided nation to me. What it looks like are some radicals in the North east and the WEST that need to be ignored.
