And thank y'all, Jim and John!
I can't raise my puny monthly right now, but kicked in a little extra just now.
Come on, Texans, you folks still working the tears from our President's special message: we're lagging this quarter...
Kick in!

Jim count me in for an extra $25 this month on top my $/day habit/donation with Free Republic.
I don't want to even to think about a world without Free Republic. Yesterday even FNC and Drudge abandoned us.
Howlin started that great thread, and I like many others did quite well without Drudge and FNC/ABCNNBCBS thanks to that thread.

Your quite welcome Jim! As I said in the comments box on the donations page, I have been reading and posting here for quite awhile and I was feeling more than a bit guilty that I wasn't doing my part to help support this wonderful site. There are probably more than a few Freepers that really can't afford to give much to this cause and it behooves me to help take up some of the slack. I use my real name here rather than a handle to mask my identity. There isn't anyone on the web that doesn't take a risk of persecution when doing so but I'm proud of my affiliation here and cherish the values we promote.

And $100 if you posted a vanity thread in the last 48 hours. That will generate a bonanza!

I'm sure FR will continue building momentum and will be stronger than ever in 2006. This site is quickly becoming the headquarters for grassroots activism and conservative organization nationwide. There has been SO MUCH useful information has been posted here over the past year, and our members have used the internet and airwaves to spread the message across the country. Freepers had a real impact in these elections, especially when it came to backing the Swift Boat Vets and getting crucial facts out to uninformed voters.
Just a little help from dedicated members will help FR have a MAJOR impact in 06!
