Precinct red/blue election map wanted
vanity
Posted on 11/03/2004 11:30:39 AM PST by airedale
We're all familiar with the red/blue election map by state, however, right after the election in 2000 someone made a red/blue map by election precinct. It dramatically increased the red areas of the map. The blue areas were only concentrated in a few areas. Even California was mostly red. It really makes the point about how much of the country doesnt support the Democrats. I know its too early for it now but I really hope someone creates this. If anyone comes across this please post a link.

It looks like the Democrats only took the population centers again.

The grey area is the counties that have not finished reporting yet

I have been looking for one of those mock epidemic maps that show the progression of a lethal disease. Haven't found one yet, but wanted to juxtapose it next to your map so that everyone could see the similarities. Disease epidemic vs. Democratic strong holds.... separated at birth?

I'm thinking the grey are areas that are having problems finalizing there counts. I'm sure someone will chime in if I'm mistaken. ;-)

Split the state!! If we did - the south, at least, would go red for Bush.
