I agree with you. We need to continue to pray for our president. Also I'll thank the Lord again (have been doing many times, but happy to do lots more) for helping us winning this election.

I think that while we all (yes even us relative newbies) did our part in this, the Swift Boat Vets need to take a step back and inhale the first breath of the clean air of JUSTICE....your honor is in tact!!!!

I visited FR occasionally over the past two years. I never logged in or made any replies. This past September I got to see what it was all about when the Rathergate story began to break. That first night when I read many FReeper's comments on the font issues on the fake ANG documents. I was amazed to see how fake those docs where when a MS Word comparison was made transparent over the 60min's version. It struck a cord in me. I realized that the world has changed. No longer will I have to live under the the spin or talking points. I can view various info and opinions over the entire world at a touch of a button. The amazing thing about FR is all the different people and their sincerity and sense of responsibility among them. A post that isn't backed up gets pulled fast. The one thing I cannot stand about the MSM today is the lack of credibility when they report. Laziness and the pressure to get the story out first has sold the world and the US people short. You long time FReeper should walk tall today. Your descendants of a group of people who over two hundred years ago sat in taverns and tea houses and discussed the issues as you do today. That group called themselves The Son's Of Liberty. That spirit lives on in all your efforts and comments. I will continue to come here for my info and to make my comments. I'm very proud to say that I'm a new FReeper. God bless you all. God bless America.

During the darkest moments of this campaign, I can't tell you how great it was to be able to come here and KNOW that I wasn't alone. That there were countless others out there working just as hard for W's reelection. It's what kept me going, even though I knew I live in a blue state.

Thanks everybody!

I would have to say that our country is a winner!!! Some people may not realize it now and may never realize it but thank God we had enough people voting that knew how crucial it was to keep George W around!!!! Also, the family and friends of the 9/11 victims are winners here. There was a very touching letter posted on MSNBC this morning. It was praising President Bush for his efforts and great leadership over the last four years and encouraging people to vote for him again.

LOTS of winners!!!!! Congratuations to President Bush and to all of us!!!!

I listened to John O'Neill on Mike Gallagher earlier. Many Vietnam vets called and thanked him too.

Yes, the Swift Vets did a lot to help reelect the president.

I hope everyone doesn't forget to keep pushing Sen. Kerry to release his military records. I think it would be very instructive to show America who they had running against the President.

I have to second what you said. I put a lot of hours into this campaign and I know a lot of others that have as well. I have been surrounded by democrats at work and in my neighborhood. A lot of my friends are also Democrats but they learned after a while that I was very educated on the issues so they backed WAY down. It have to say that it has been VERY refreshing to be able to come to this site and see all of the positive reinforcement and feedback!!!

My last words are WHOOOO HAAAAA...YIPPEE.......

Oh what a PERFECT day!!!

I would also like to thank all the others who helped make this possible: Michael Moore, Whoopi, Cher, Barbra, Alec Baldwin, Bruce Springsteen, the Dixie Chicks, Linda Ronstadt, etc., etc., etc. The list seems endless and I appreciate all of the help they gave this campaign!!! Ha, ha, ha!

Thank you. This is the first time since Nixon I have worked on a political campaign and it has me JAZZED. I want to start on 08 NOW! Too bad you couldn't swing NJ, but I think if Bush had maybe made a couple of more stops there, we might have swung that one too.

I hope this crushing defeat will push the Dem. Party back to the party of Truman and JFK.

But I'm not holding my breath.

Never have I prayed so hard and long for a
victory for the Lord and for our Christian nation. I am so grateful to all you incredibly dedicated Conservatives in Freeperland. Now we need to gently inform the DUMBocrats that they need to 'love it or leave it'! And we MUST fix the borders bigtime so we don't have an illegal immigrant voting problem in 08!!!

Welcome, FR will be enriched by your contributions, too.

My children are very literally the progeny of the Colonists of whom you spoke and we comprehend quite fully that in walking out their footsteps it is incumbant upon us to continue "praying a big part". (no spelling mistake)
