Kerry and the dems would be fools to challenge here. We have court rulings on our side that say the provisional ballots should not even be counted unless they were submitted at the correct precinct. Which very few were.
On top of it our Secretary of State is a no nonsense guy and will grind their lawyers into a gooey paste which he will then use to coat our roads. He is our future governor and will not tolerate any garbage from the dems or the 527's.

It's a time of reckonning for democrats.
They have made up a little bit of ground on Ohio in the last 4 years, mostly because of the regional economy.
But Ohio is not florida 2000 in one particular way. Even the majority of democrats here in Ohio do not was some desparate legal act to happen here in our state.
If the democrats want to piss off 90% of this state and lose any chance of a future here, they can go ahead and bring in the lawyers.
