WHAT'S THE HOLDUP WITH NBC? NEVADA IS ALL IN!

Posted on 11/03/2004 1:34:58 AM PST by StJacques

ABC, CBS, and CNN have all called Nevada for George W. Bush. But NBC, the one network besides Fox News that has called Ohio for the President, is holding back. Why?

I'll go ahead and advance an answer. They do not want the President to give a victory speech tonight after a major network has declared him victorious.

Just how much of the MSM can we take?

I understand Fox News holding back, they've been vilified for being too close to the Republicans, but NBC just wants to stick it to Bush tonight.

Bush won Nevada by a substantial margin.

Why all of a sudden with these last states are people citing absentee ballots? They are saying that they haven't been counted yet. Why did that issue not come up with earlier states? Is it just an excuse to delay so that Kerry can come up with fakes?

We have a right to know what is actually going on.

". . . We have a right to know what is actually going on."

Sez you! Don't you know that NBC has its place among its fellow Bush-haters to protect? Do you really think your right to know is more important than this?

Eve SeeBS already called Nevada.

Iowa and New Mexico have stopped counting (time to make the Rat Votes, I guess). They say they will start again in the morning (after the elves have worked their magic???)

I just sent an email to NBC News about this issue. This is an outrage. Nevada has gone to Bush which means they should PROJECT Bush as the winner of the whole election. But NBC and Brokaw are an unofficial part of the Kerry campaign so they're not going to do this projection tonight. They want to wait while they work their Spin Campaign to make this provisional ballot issue in Ohio into a bigger deal than it really is. Kerry has effectively no chance of winning Ohio, so NBC should project Bush as winner. The MSM is just incredibly biased for the Dems. Their bias is out of control; they don't even attempt to hide it any more.

Look, if they declare W the winner, which he is, then it will be harder for Kerry to challenge the results. They are blatantly helping him, and we are just to sit here and watch I suppose. This is an outrage.

That is part of the reason. The other part is Kerry and company told them they would steal the election whatever it takes, and their easiest path is no longer printing 150,000 vote in Ohio under the glare of the lights. Instead it is to steal NM, NV, and IA by morning, and then find one faithless elector to break a 269-269 tie. Now, to do this they needed to print only 50,000 votes.

The hardest half of that was NM. But they tried on that score an hour and a half ago. Kerry jumped 24k in seconds while Bush stood stock still, and precincts reporting went to 50 more than exist (the division stuff was automatic and so some websites briefly reported 101 and 103% of precincts reporting). A few minutes later the precinct problem was corrected and Bush added 4k. But that wiped out his lead, which was 25-30k before this happened. It has since grown again to 11k, however.

Meanwhile in IA and NV, Bush is up 15k and 20k respectively with 7 and 8 precincts unreported, but they still won't call any of them. Only fraud could move them to the Kerry column. Stay frosty.

Has anyone heard anything about why Nevada hasn't been called on NBC or Fox? I haven't heard them say a word about it. Is there some law that you can't put Bush over 269?

Ohio has counted their absentee ballots. They count them first- before the others are counted. The only ballots which have not been counted are the provisional ballots.
