If no one has a list, I can narrow down the search. I left around thread 5 and was still here when all that came about so the schools and the posts should be within those first 5 threads. I thought it was more wide spread than just the east.
Glad you found the detailed update. I had heard about the step up in the investigation but only found a small article that I had posted here with no real info. other than the fact that the FBI was trying to get something on this thing. It caught my attention because I notice that this "step up" in their investigation comes on the heels of all those missing propane tanks.
On this note, does anyone know whether anything ever came about the story regarding the gasoline stolen from the underground tanks in AZ?

"Among other efforts, experts in and out of government have been combing through two tapes released by al-Qaida in the two weeks before the election - first by a man calling himself "Azzam the American" and another by Osama bin Laden, leader of the terrorist group.
In a recent analysis, Ben Venzke, president of the private IntelCenter and a consultant to government counterterrorism agencies, said three bin Laden videos directly addressing Americans - in October of 2002, 2003 and 2004 - were followed between one and 53 days by attacks. Venzke said he didn't know why the videos come annually in October.
None of the attacks was in the continental United States. Al-Qaida attacked a French oil tanker off the coast of Yemen and a Saudi housing complex in Riyadh after the 2002 and 2003 videos, respectively.
However, Venzke said he was particularly concerned about an attack directly against U.S. interests now because the new tapes represent "the most significant effort by al-Qaida to address the American people in the last couple years."
For instance, Venzke noted, for the first time the initial release of a bin Laden video comes with English subtitles.
Similarly, a 75-minute video in English from "Azzam the American" is also directed at Americans. It was given to a U.S. network, ABC, on Oct. 22.
If "Azzam" has been involved in al-Qaida videos before, the shrouded speaker has not used that name. He may be a 26-year-old Californian that the FBI is urgently seeking, Adam Gadahn.
"You are talking about a group that really, really thinks about this stuff. The question is why that shift in focus," Venzke said.
Mike Scheuer, a 22-year CIA veteran and former head of the CIA's bin Laden unit, noted in a recent interview that Muslim clerics criticized bin Laden for not sufficiently warning the U.S. before the 9/11 attacks.
With these messages, "he said I am talking directly to you," said Scheuer, who resigned effective Friday to speak more freely about problems he sees with the U.S. fight against terrorism.
Scheuer said he couldn't predict if an attack would come in the window suggested by Venzke.
For bin Laden's perspective, "he has offered us chances to convert, he has warned us repeatedly, and he has acquired sufficient religious justification for attacking us," Scheuer said.
A CIA spokesman said Scheuer does not speak for the agency.
An intelligence official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said trying to find patterns in the conduct of terrorists is difficult, and "it can be dangerous to be lulled in to a false sense of security with patterns."
Meanwhile, authorities are looking back at the threat environment over the past year and trying to find if there is an explanation for why the United States didn't experience an attack akin to the Madrid train bombings before Spanish elections, as some had feared.
The intelligence official said it may be "somewhat related" to the fact that government officials determined one of the sources of information about a pre-election threat was not credible.
Still, the official said, significant amounts of information - from other sources - have come in about a continuing desire by al-Qaida and its affiliates to attack the United States.
Other reasons may include a disruption of al-Qaida by U.S. law enforcement agencies, which questioned and detained hundreds during October. The Pakistani government also has rounded up lesser players in the al-Qaida organization in the tribal areas known to harbor jihadists.
"It is all pointing in the direction of an erosion of the network they are working against," the official said. "
I haven't forgotten, among other things that are missing/unaccounted for.

ACSA has received confirmation of it's warnings to the General Public in November 2004 and since December 2003, that a nuclear device, a suitcase sized unit secreted on the Turkish / Syrian border for several years by Pakistan's ISI, has been readied for use against the United States by Pakistan. ACSA learned of it's alleged existence in 2002 and confirmed it from a number of sources in and outside of the USA in 2003, learning of the plot regarding it's possible deployment against the US in late 2003. (Intelligence gathering was complicated by ongoing efforts by Saddam Hussein, not wishing to be upstaged, to acquire nuclear materials for his own attack on the USA, which effort he was engaged in extensively between 1999 and 2003 culminating in deals behind the scenes necessitating the US invasion of Iraq.) ACSA has learned that Pakistan's leadership intends to give the bomb to Al Qaeda "very soon" so it may convey it to a target near Washington, DC or NYC, for detonation within the next three months, perhaps during the Inaugural Ceremonies January 25, 2005 for President re-Elect George W. Bush. ACSA is seeking information to make it possible to zero in on it's actual current whereabouts so it can be confiscated by military authorities and the plotters captured. We have narrowed it's location to two or three very small plots of real estate in Central Asia and the Middle East, with an outside possibility it has already made it's way into the USA.
The device started life as a 3-10 Kiloton "large suitcase" bomb inside the former USSR. It was stolen during the Russian - Afghan conflict by Pakistani operatives, for the purposes of intended use against Russian Military invaders in Afghanistan. It was relocated to keep it's existence a secret when the USA became more prominent in the Afghan conflict against the former Soviet Union. Two to Three years ago, after 9/11, it was refurbished by AQ Khan of Pakistan with an enhanced Enriched Uranium-235 primer borrowing from a trichron design, and extensive repair rendered to it's tiny Plutonium-239 core, so as to insure that it will function properly. It was then transferred to ISI custody in Turkish/Syria, where it has been kept in deep hiding. One year ago, it began it's movement to it's present staging area where a special Al Qaeda suicide team has been staged for transport and detonation. A special Pakistani ISI unit in direct control of Al Qaeda, whose job it is is to lead the paper intelligence trail back to Osamma Bin Laden for the purposes of sheltering Pakistan, has been training these suicide bombers who are going to be identified after the detonation, and called "The Suicide Brigade of Holy Martyrs of the Dome of the Rock". A backup plan to move the bomb to Israel was discarded for fear that it's use in Jerusalem or other location will desecrate "holy Muslim ground". America is considered an infidel state and other than mosques and Muslims living here, is believed to have little religious significance, thereby making it "open territory" for Islamist terrorism.
ACSA had updated warning the USA of a possible such nuclear bomb or dirty bomb seeking a way to enter the USA on November 1, 2004 (Rumors of primitive or dirty nuclear weapon trying to enter the USA). We first learned of the plot back in December, 2003. Our many computer, telecom and electronics industry members and scientists from around the world have been monitoring and gathering bits and pieces of information. We have learned that the "Suicide Brigade of Holy Martyrs of the Dome of the Rock" is being very carefully trained to enter the USA in cargo or onboard a seagoing vessel that will not be scrutinized extensively, perhaps entering the port of Everglades, Florida or Baltimore, Maryland. When it reaches American soil with the Nuclear Weapon, which has been code named "The Avenging Jihn", it will then be decided whether to use it against the US Capitol area or Wall Street in NYC, considered the more likely target.
For example, a 3-10 Kiloton nuke against Wall Street would very capably take out every major financial institution in the Wall Street area, driving our economy into depression and chaos, while undermining every one of the World's markets, taking down most of the nations of the world and their businesses, leaving America's financial centers in utter chaos. Al Qaeda intends to place the bomb in the trunk of an innocuous vehicle such as a car or cab, and drive it into the target area. The vehicle will be rigged with a failsafe device and detonation initiator. Two Al Qaeda commandoes will operate the device, several other will be leaving claims regarding having detonated it, and will have committed ritual suicide in a flat which has been secured, which will also bear messages to their family and other propaganda materials hoped to instigate further Islamist Terror devotees.
Just as we were preparing this confirmation report, the Matt Drudge Report and several other news publications issued their own warnings that Osamma Bin Laden (named for Usamah, who under the Caliph Hadrat Abu Bakr, led the Muslims on an expedition against Syria in 632 AD) has received cleric approval for use of Nuclear Weapons against America. ACSA has proposed that clerics who issue such approvals be discredited, defrocked, and face equal punishment if their minion engages in the acts they have approved.
For the sake of argument, 'Z, let's say I gave a creative guy like you $2 Billion dollars in cash and heroine, and bet you another $2B that you couldn't buy a number of nukes (let's say... TWENTY). In order to collect the bet, all you have to do is position them in 20 major cities around the world within six years.

Let's up the ante. Let's tell the Saudis that they need to corral these clerics and get some control over their own people, or else they will suffer whatever fate our cities suffer. Oh, and by the way, their oil is looking mighty tasty.

I wouldn't be so certain. The distribution of nuclear technology is one of the top focuses of international intelligence. billions are wonderful, but unless you can create your own independently, trying to purchase one, let alone 20 would be near impossible. In the case of Pakistan, even one would be more precious than that amount of money due to the constant threat posed by India and the need to maintain a deterrant. However, if Iran gets the bomb, I see very little stopping it from supplying terrorists, but that is future. Under current (past 10 years) situation I believe that it is unlikely OBL has a nuke. His inaction and apparent impotence against the US' WOT strongly suggests the same. And I do sleep well under that assessment and don't support fear mongering.

First, the Russians have deep intelligence moles in both Syria and Turkey due to their stratigic interests in those countries. To knowingly allow a suit case nuke of theirs to remain under the control of Pakistan is unrealistic. Secondly, what was happening during the time frame it was alledgely acquired.

We are talking 1980s here. Hight of the cold war. Paki operatives out do the KGB and the high security of the Soviet military to acquire such a sensitive device, perhaps in a Tom Clancy novel, not in reality. Then again to 'secret' it under the noses of the Soviets in Syria, again, unrealistic.

This brings us to another paradox. Musharraf has been targeted numerous time by AQ. Why then would he be giving them such a weapon when it would be in his interests to keep such a device for use against New Dehli, not New York. This implies a working relationship between Pakistan and AQ that is hard to defend.

Is this characteristic of AQ and OBL? I don't think so and is a stretch of credable imagination and interpolation. Again, AQ and OBL have been trying to kill off Musharrif, so how could such control be possible?

These fatwas have been out there for many months now, and are not new news. It appears to have arisen again at the resignation of a recently clintonite CIA chief with an apparent slant to discredit the current adminstration (not hard to recognize after 6 months of similar attempts).
The ACSA seems to be wickering old internet rumors into an unrealistic scenario if one reviews the historical context that I've just scraped the surface on, and applies common sense.
