Absentee ballots mailed too late to get them back in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Suing to extend the returning deadline in state to match the out of country deadline. Nov 11?

In that case the state legislature should vote to award the electors to Bush and tell the ACLU to go to hell. I think we've all had enough of this meddling.

They want to throw in Fradulent absentee ballots, plain and simple. I think the Supreme Court of FL and the US will slap the girly-men down. Nobody wants to go through this again!

yeah, but the electoral votes may not be able to be won by anyone tonight until those absentee ballots come in and are counted...
i guess that means Pres Bush will win florida(wouldnt sue if it would hurt kerry}

250K lead with only 12% of the votes to count (not including absentee -- likely very strong Bush).
