It's starting early-voter in VA threatens to sue
Fox News
Posted on 11/02/2004 5:09:26 AM PST by NoobRep
On Fox and Friends, one of the hosts just said he got an email from someone that voted in Virginia. The emailer said he was standing in line to vote and one of the other voters was asked for ID. That person then started screaming at the top of their lungs that their rights were being violated and he was going to file a lawsuit! Just disgusting what Al Gore and the party of anti-Americans have turned this country into.

Too stupid to understand the voting rules, too stupid to vote.

In NY, this is the first time they asked me any question before I signed the form. Just what my address was....

It's required by law that a person attempting to vote in Virginia show picture ID.
The woman in question wouldn't have much legal recourse.

Democrats are the party of sociopath thugs and dependent morons. The "voter" was one of the former.

It's because he had no ID, because he was a phony ID multiple registrant.

We have to show ID in GA. No biggie. In fact, I am about to leave to poll watch until 3, and that's one of the main things we are looking for.
BTW- A lady also called in to F&F this a.m. and claimed to be a republican, but after Bush stole the election in 2000, that was the main reason she was voting for Kerry. \Brian Kilmeade cut her off with a "uh huh, sure" muttering and look.

You always have to either present your voter registration card or some form of ID in Virginia. It does disenfranchise the idiots that can't read, or don't have any ID, but them's the breaks.
