Technically speaking I'm half Canadian. And that's NOT a joke. (Father still a Canadian citizen when I was born).
My mom was from Saskatchewan, Canada.
BTW, She's not a US citizen and I'm kinda glad because she can't vote and she is a Kerry person, ugh!
